Orders that are not Expedited will be shipped within 1-2 business days. During sale events and a new collection launch, there may be a slightly longer duration.
Once your order has been placed you will receive an order confirmation email. Once your order has been despatched you will immediately receive another confirmation email with your tracking number.
Within the US , delivery is between 3-7 business days for non expedited orders. Orders can be tracked and once shipped.
Canada: Delivery is between 7-14 business days and can be tracked once shipped.
